In short We collect your details only when you submit an enquiry. We use them to answer that enquiry and we pass them to the developer so they can process it. We do not sell or rent your data. Email us and we will delete it.

1. Who we are

UK Realty Marketing operates this website as an authorised channel partner marketing the Assetz Projects project. For questions about your data, contact [email protected] or Request a callback.

2. What we collect

Only what you choose to give us through the enquiry form:

Your name
Your phone number
Your email address, if you provide one
The configuration you are interested in and your buying timeline

Submitting the form also records basic technical context: the page you submitted from, the website domain, the date and time, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (such as UTM tags or a Google click identifier). This tells us which advertisement or article brought you here. We do not collect financial information, identity documents or any sensitive personal data through this website.

The EMI calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are never sent to us or stored anywhere.

To respond to your enquiry and send you the cost sheet, brochure and floor plans

4. Consent to be contacted

When you submit the form you agree that we and the developer may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email about this project, including where your number is registered on the National Do Not Call / DND registry. You can withdraw this at any time by telling us — see section 8.

5. Who we share it with

Assetz Property Group, the RERA-registered developer, so that your enquiry can be registered and processed. Their own privacy practices then apply to the copy they hold.
Google, whose services host the form endpoint and the spreadsheet and email account in which enquiries are stored.
Authorities, where we are required by law to disclose.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details to any other broker, developer, data broker or marketing list.

6. Where it is stored, and for how long

Enquiries are stored in a Google Workspace account controlled by UK Realty Marketing, protected by password and two-step verification. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain a record of the transaction, and delete them on request unless we are legally required to retain them.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website: which pages are read, roughly which city or country visits come from, what device is used, and whether an enquiry form was sent. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. It does not give us your name or phone number, and we do not use it for advertising. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy); you can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and, on some pages, maps from Google Maps, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

Tell you what details we hold about you
Correct anything that is wrong
Delete your details
Stop contacting you

Email [email protected] and we will action it. Note that once your enquiry has been registered with the developer, you may also need to contact Assetz Property Group directly regarding the copy they hold.

9. Children

This website is intended for adults considering a property purchase and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published here with a new date at the top of the page.
